Detox Salad
This Detox Salad is filled with the deliciousness of nuts and dried fruits, and scores high on the health factor as well.

Ingredients
- 1cup Very finely chopped Broccoli
- 1cup Minced Cauliflower
- 1cup grated carrot
- 1/4cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4cup dried currants
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
- 2tbsp raisins
- 1/4cup Lemon juice
- 1tsp Salt
- 1tsp pepper
- 2tbsp honey
- Any extra seasoning of your choice
Instructions
- In a Salad Bowl, mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and sunflower seeds. Next add in the currants, raisins, lemon juice, salt and pepper. If you'd like it sweeter, add in more currants and raisins.
- You can also add any seasonings of your choice. Mix in the honey, or drizzle on top after serving, and you’re ready to detox.
